Leiter Reports: A Philosophy Blog: Artist sues Vermont Law School to prevent destruction of murals depicting the underground railroad



I am strongly inclined to shrug off excesses of PC as curable by age.  I know nothing of why this mural offended some, or why Vermont La School agreed to cover it, thus wrecking it.  There is definitely some public art I would happily trash.  But not this one.  As it happens the Visual Artists Rights Act prevents the impulses of people like me from charging ahead.  The muralist Samuel Kerson has filed a request for relief.  He should get it. - gwc
