Barrett, the Harvest Rock church is seeking Supreme Court injunctive relief from Governor Gavin Newsom's covid-19 protective restrictions on congregant activities.
The Brooklyn case provided a roadmap for California Attorney General Javier Becerra's efforts to keep the Supreme Court's hands off.
