Lani Guinier, Legal Scholar at the Center of Controversy, Dies at 71 - The New York Times

Lani Guinier left us at 71.  But she bequeathed her brilliant son Nikolas Bowie.  An assistant professor at Harvard Law School , he gave a brilliant, unflinching critique of the United States Supreme Court in his testimony before the Presidential Commission on reform of the Supreme Court.
