James Lee Muller - 90 - a lawyer who served others remembered

Eric Muller is an outstanding historian a the University of North Carolina.  The son of Camden, NJ  lawyer James Lee Muller, he did not fall far from the tree.  One of his books - the award winning Free to Die for Their Country - is an account of Japanese American draft resisters in WW II.
Eric is the Academic Director at the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics.  FASPE uses Holocaust history to teach ethics to young professionals.

Muller has written here a moving obituary of his father - a refugee from Germany -whose own father escaped Buchenwald.  As time goes on and we age the last of a generation of Holocaust survivors passes.  I recommend Eric Muller's tribute to his father. - GWC
