Joe Biden is stuck with a Senate majority in equipoise, the Democratic majority secured only by the Vice president's ability to cast a tie breaking vote. And a couple of blue Dog Dems who are often threatening to jump ship. So rather than welcome the gang of Harvard and Yale grads Biden has assembled to look at Supreme Court reform liberal critics like Stern are accusing him of dodging the hot button issue.
I expect at a minimum the beginning of a serious public discussion of the issues of Supreme Court size and life tenure. - GWC
