The Posse Comitatus Act forbids the use of the Army to enforce the law. Trump fraudulently claims that the perhaps several thousand refugees walking like pilgrims toward our border constitute a threat to the border. A Democratic majority in the House should investigate and take appropriate action to denounce and terminate this charade.
