Senior U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar Kotelly has temporarily enjoined the new Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent from continuing to allow the so-called Department of Governmental Efficiency from baccess to any payment record or payment system of records maintained by or within the Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
