Supreme Court majority denies stay of order blocking Biden voiding "Migrant Protection Program" which forces asylum seekers to remain in Mexico awaiting consideration. The conservative majority cites the order last year blocking on procedural grounds the Trump termination of the DACA program which protects young immigrants from expulsion if they were brought by their parents.
That's a particular f/u since the court made a string of decisions vacating restraints on Trump admin programs. - gwc
