for the First Judicial Department to confirm the Referee’s report and recommendation
pursuant to 603.8-a(t)(4) and 22 NYCRR 1240.8(b)(2) is granted, and respondent
Rudolph W. Giuliani, admitted as Rudolph William Giuliani, is disbarred from the
practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his
name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York;
