Though Pope Francis was sending an anti-Trump message, Cardinal Timothy Dolan - Archbishop of New York - played a significant role in undercutting the Jesuit Pope. Embracing the abortion as the preeminent issue he licensed Catholics to ignore Trump's crass racism and bullying.
But at bottom IMO - white identity is more important to them than any other. - GWC
