Senate Intell. Comm. Releases Report on Russian 2016 Election Efforts

As Trump heads to Europe to stir up trouble with NATO and meet himself with Vladimir Putin Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) has released the Senate Select Committee's report on the "Assessment" of the "Intelligence Community (ICA)" on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential elections.

Trump's Twitter feed will light up denouncing the "witch hunt" and Fox News will follow suit.  It is going to be messy.  Here is the most dramatic language:
Russian Efforts to Influence the 2016 Election The ICA states that: Russian efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election represent the most recent expression of Moscow’s longstanding desire to undermine the U.S.-led liberal democratic order, but these activities demonstrated a significant escalation in directness, level of activity, and scope of effort compared to previous operations (fn1) .
