More Catholic than the Pope? Autocam Corp. v. Sebelius : SCOTUSblog

Oh, horrors.  Some business owners claim that their consciences present them from writing checks for insurance coverage that their employees earned knowing that some of them will use the coverage to get birth control pills, violating doctrine enunciated by the Pope 45 years ago in Humanae Vitae and wisely ignored by Catholics here and worldwide since then.
In their partisan desire to do as much damage as possible to the hated "Obamacare" I expect the five Catholic conservatives on the Supreme Court will be more Catholic than the Pope. - GWC
Autocam Corp. v. Sebelius : SCOTUSblog:
Issue:
(1) Whether the petitioners have standing to advance the claim that the Health and Human Services mandate requiring them to provide their employees with abortion-inducing drugs, contraceptive drugs or devices, and sterilization violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (“RFRA”) by forcing individual business owners to violate their religious beliefs when governing the corporation through which they do business upon pain of ruinous consequences; and
 (2) whether the HHS mandate imposes a substantial burden on petitioners’ exercise of religion within the meaning of the RFRA by coercing them to violate their religious convictions when conducting business upon pain of ruinous consequences.
