these tax cuts were extended (+858BILLION) by President Obama.. yet they are not in the chart.. BIAS! what about the additional war expenses?? he's the current president.. will he take ANY responsibilty for anything?!?!?!
Note it's says NEW Costs. It's a common Republican complaint that he has increased spending, that his spending is out of control. Not in comparison to their leader - Bush.
